We source our unique treats from all over the globe, including Japan, Korea, Thailand, the UK, and various European countries to bring you flavors you won't find in local stores.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your door.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to snack lovers worldwide in the near future.
How do you handle fragile items like chips or cookies?
We take great care in packaging! We use bubble wrap, air cushions, and sturdy boxes to ensure your exotic snacks arrive in perfect condition, not crumbs.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are the expiration dates different on international snacks?
Yes, please note that many international products use a Day/Month/Year format. Some snacks also display a 'Production Date' rather than an 'Expiration Date'—please check the label carefully.
